Kristen Shelton serves as the Corporate Director of Sales and Marketing for Landmark Hotel Group since August 2010, overseeing revenue production for a portfolio of 13 hotels and focusing on segments specific to each hotel's market. Kristen previously held the position of President at the National Defense Transportation Association Headquarters from 2010 to 2012 and worked as the Director of Sales at Candlewood Suites from October 2005 to August 2010. Earlier in the career, Kristen gained experience as a Sales Manager at The Historic Cavalier Hotel & Beach Club and as an Admissions Counselor at Longwood University. Kristen earned a Bachelor of Arts in English from Longwood University, completing the degree in 2002, and graduated from Hargrave Military Academy with a high school diploma in 1998.
