Kim Lee Swartz, MBA, possesses extensive experience in legal operations, quality assurance, and project management across various industries. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Legal Operations and Asset Integrity at Landmark Dividend LLC, Kim has held multiple leadership roles within the company since November 2012. As Owner/Manager of SSAS, LLC since September 2009, Kim has delivered significant results for BrightHouse Networks on fiber projects for major telecommunications companies. Previous positions include paralegal roles and contract administration, with a strong background in compliance, document control, and team management. Kim holds a Master's in Business Administration from the University of South Florida and a Paralegal degree from Keiser College, accompanied by additional educational credentials in Agriculture and early studies at Hanover College.
