Nancy Rupp has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Nancy started their career at BMO Harris Bank as a Commercial Processing Manager, where they were responsible for managing multiple bank processing areas and ensuring the integrity of the commercial loan portfolio. After that, they joined Southport Bank as the Vice President of Loan Operations & Credit Administration, where they managed various loan portfolios and implemented document scanning and project management strategies. Nancy then worked at Talmer Bank & Trust as an Associate Managing Director of Commercial Loan Documentation, overseeing the quality and processing of commercial loan documentation. Nancy later joined KAC, Inc. as the Director of Business Services, where they provided oversight to various business service areas and implemented innovative ideas for the growth and success of persons with special needs. Prior to their current role, Nancy worked at Impact Group (formerly known as Mueller Yurgae Great Lakes) as an Administrative Services Manager, where they managed an administrative team and supported independent sales agents in negotiating sales for food producers and manufacturers. Currently, Nancy serves as the Vice President of Business Lending Operations at Landmark Credit Union, where they provide expertise and training on loan documentation, loan servicing processes, and system management. Throughout their career, Nancy has demonstrated strong leadership, expertise in loan operations, and a commitment to innovative strategies for business growth and success.

Nancy Rupp received a BA degree in Business Administration and Marketing from Carthage College, where they studied from 1996 to 1999.
