Justin Weil began their work experience as a Sales Associate at Kohl's Department Stores in June 2014. Justin then worked as a Team Member at Northwestern Mutual from June 2015 to May 2018. During this time, they also worked as a Locker Room Attendant at Wisconsin Country Club from May 2015 to July 2018. Justin then briefly worked as an In-Shop employee at Jimmy John's from January 2017 to April 2017. Justin continued their career at Northwestern Mutual, transitioning to roles such as College Financial Representative from April 2018 to May 2019, Financial Representative from June 2019 to October 2019, and Financial Advisor from October 2019 to April 2020. From October 2020 to April 2023, Justin worked as an Alternative Investment Specialist at UMB Fund Services. Currently, they serve as a Senior Investment Representative at Landmark Credit Union from May 2023 onwards.

Justin Weil attended Whitefish Bay High School from 2011 to 2015. Subsequently, they pursued higher education at the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh from 2015 to 2019. During this time, they focused on the field of study in Finance.
