Mayra Lucchesi D'Ângelo has been working in the Human Resources field since 2011. Mayra began their career as an HR Intern at Centro Universitário Una in 2011, where they carried out the Career Development Program, participated in recruitment and selection processes for internship vacancies, and provided training for new employees. In 2014, they worked as a Researcher at Reggiani Hunting Consultores Associados, where they selected CVs, conducted group dynamics, and applied psychological tests. In 2016, they worked as a Relationship Analyst at Centro Universitário Una. In 2017, they worked as a Psychologist at Centro Universitário de Belo Horizonte. From 2018 to 2020, they worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Natixis in Portugal, where they conducted kick-off meetings with hiring managers, sourced potential IT candidates, and analyzed job requirements. Mayra Lucchesi D'Ângelo completed their Master in Human Resource Management and Development at the Instituto Superior de Contabilidade e Administração do Porto in 2021. Mayra also obtained a degree in Psychology from the Centro Universitário UNA in 2015.
