Michael Grocholski currently serves as Leiter Team Vertrieb at IN AUDITO Media GmbH since September 2024. Previously, at schnelleStelle.de from April 2017 to October 2024, Michael held the position of Leiter Kundenbetreuung, overseeing customer acquisition and retention, while also engaging in controlling and the development of internal key performance indicators. Michael has experience in project management, including roles as Project Manager for sales expansion in Poland and as a Product Owner, focusing on the establishment of project management at the organizational level. Earlier career roles include Vertriebsmitearbieter at Milch und Honig - Kinderladen, Referent Capacity Management at ONTRAS Gastransport GmbH, and Assistant of Management Board at InterTransGas GmbH, a German-Polish joint venture. Michael holds a degree in Commercial Law and Business Studies from Hochschule Bielefeld and has completed a semester abroad at Silesian University of Technology Gliwice.
