Dr. Philip Jung is an experienced professional in corporate finance and public management consulting, currently serving as Leiter Kredit - Firmenkunden und Kommunen at SaarLB since April 2019. Previous roles at SaarLB include Leiter Marktfolge im Segment Länder, Kommunen, PPP und Banken, as well as Kreditanalyst in Corporate Finance. Dr. Jung has also contributed to academia as a Dozent at Hochschule Offenburg from October 2022 to January 2024, and has held positions as Wissenschaftlicher Assistent at Hochschule Offenburg and Akademischer Mitarbeiter at Universität des Saarlandes. Prior to their current role, Dr. Jung worked as a Consultant at PwC Deutschland from October 2017 to March 2019, specializing in Public Management Consulting. Dr. Jung holds a Master of Science in Wirtschaft und Recht from Universität des Saarlandes, earned between 2008 and 2014.
