With a background in advising private and public companies, Mark has experience in various legal compliance programs and advising executive teams on transactional matters. Before transitioning to corporate roles, Mark worked as an Associate General Counsel at Life Settlement Solutions and Accredited Home Lenders. Mark's educational background includes a J.D. from Santa Clara University School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Arizona.
