Prior to this role, Ian Hall served as Regional Manager at Paragon Banking Group PLC from August 2013 to June 2018 and as Business Development Manager at chl mortgages Ltd from August 2005 to August 2013, where expertise in developing customer relationships and enhancing business growth was demonstrated.
