Richard Hickman is an accomplished planning professional with extensive experience in the logistics and planning sectors. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Planning at Indurent since July 2024, Richard is also a Midlands Board Member for LandAid, recognized in 2023 as a Regional Board Member of the Year nominee with a Highly Commended distinction. Previously, Richard held the position of Senior Director of Planning at St Modwen Logistics from September 2023 to July 2024 and contributed to various roles at St. Modwen from 2010 to 2023, including Head of Planning for Industrial and Logistics. Prior experience includes significant roles at Halcrow and Countrywide Property Holdings, beginning with an Associate position at Halcrow in 2002. Richard holds a degree in City and Regional Planning from the University of Wales, Cardiff, and completed secondary education at Queen Mary's Grammar School in Walsall.
