Gabriel Martinez possesses a diverse background in education, retail management, and community outreach. As the ARMS Coordinator and previously an ARMS Associate at the Land Trust Alliance since January 2022, Gabriel leverages skills in coordination and support. Prior experience includes serving as a General Store Manager at Abercrombie & Fitch Co., where responsibilities encompassed team leadership and business metrics analysis that led to a 10% increase in yearly earnings, as well as a Secondary English Teacher at Baltimore City Public Schools, focusing on culturally responsive curricula. Educationally, Gabriel holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Studies, with a minor in Science and Mathematics Education from UC Santa Barbara, and has earned credit toward a Master of Science in Education at The Johns Hopkins University.
