Jim Francis has extensive experience in the title industry, beginning as a Title Searcher at Chicago Title in Memphis in 1980 and advancing to various roles, including Title Plant Manager at United Title and Title Examiner at Land Title Guarantee Company. Since August 2001, Jim has served as Operations Support Manager, overseeing multiple departments while also holding the titles of Title Officer and Team Leader in the Residential Title Department. Additionally, Jim has contributed as a Quality Assurance Manager, leveraging testing and training skills from a previous position as Title Plant Systems Manager. Outside of the title industry, Jim is a part-time Head Brewer at Two Jims Brewing, an amateur nature photographer, and a self-employed massage therapist. Jim also played a key role as the Organizing Committee Chair for the NAGVA XXV event in Denver from 2005 to 2007.
