Mike Ciardi is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in various high-profile roles. Currently serving as Chef De Cuisine at Lettuce Entertain You Restaurants and Land and Sea Dept. since October 2022 and November 2021, respectively, Mike has also worked as a culinary consultant in New York City since August 2015, focusing on kitchen systems, efficiencies, and product development. Previous positions include Executive Chef at The Goddess Group, Kitchen Manager at Totto's Market, and Corporate Executive Chef at Morris Adjmi Architects. Mike's management portfolio includes overseeing commissary kitchens for Union Market and serving as Head Chef at Radish.
