Pankaj Pendalwar is an experienced professional in power utility and raw material handling, currently serving as Head of Power Utility and RMHS at RSPL Group since December 2021. With over 22 years of expertise in coal sourcing, logistics, and fuel management, Pankaj has held several key managerial positions, including General Manager at M/S Philips Engineering Services and KSK Energy Ventures, where responsibilities included overseeing coal supply and transportation logistics for multiple thermal power plants. Previously, Pankaj managed the fuel department at Reliance Industries and operational activities at Lanco Amarkantak Power Limited. Pankaj's career began as an Assistant Manager at Jindal Steel & Power Ltd., and academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Nagpur University.
