Amit Kumar Singh has over 17 years of extensive experience in the human resources sector, currently serving as the Deputy General Manager (HR) at Lanco since October 2006, where responsibilities include overseeing HR functions for three group companies in the energy sector. Prior to this, Amit worked at HCL Technologies as a Technical Recruiter, managing full-cycle recruitment and vendor relationships for US operations, and gained foundational experience as an Executive Recruiter at Syntel, assisting in technical recruitment and coordination with project managers. Amit holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management, specializing in HR and Marketing, from the International Management Institute, completed in 2004.
