Zanele Malinga is a Junior Medical Technologist at Lancet Laboratories since December 2017, specializing in Haematology and proficient in using instruments such as XS and XN 1000 for FBC, diff, reticulocyte analysis, Alifax biorad for Automated ESR, and the Westegren method for manual ESR preparation. Prior experience includes an internship at NHLS from January 2016 to June 2017, where Zanele gained comprehensive training in various haematology laboratory techniques, including coagulation, morphology, and special bench procedures, as well as experience in flow cytometry and cytogenetics. Zanele holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Biomedical Technology, completed in April 2020.
