Michael Imburgia currently serves as the State Project Director for K-12 District/School Continuous Improvement at Lancaster-Lebanon IU13 since September 2021. Prior to this role, Michael held various positions including Director of Research and Information Systems at American Paradigm Schools, Director of School Improvement Performance Management at Berks County IU 14 School District, and Statewide School Improvement Dashboard Manager at Berks County Intermediate Unit #14 (BCIU). Additionally, Michael served as the Director of Research, Data & Analytics at Philadelphia School Advocacy Partners and worked as an Educational Consultant. Michael earned a Master's degree in Educational Leadership and Administration from The George Washington University and a Bachelor's degree in History and Political Science from Warren Wilson College.
