Bethany Parmer currently serves as the Coordinator of Grant Services and has previously held the position of Project Coordinator at Lancaster-Lebanon IU13 since October 2012. Responsibilities encompass the coordination of various educational projects, including the Student Enrichment Experience Seminars, the Lancaster-Lebanon Education Foundation, the Lebanon Educator-Workplace Partnership program, and grant writing. Bethany also contributed to the Keystones to Opportunity grant, overseeing projects related to the Pennsylvania Literacy Conference. Previous experience includes roles at Bluffton University as a Communication and Theatre Department Assistant and at J. B. Zimmerman's Hardware as a Customer Service/Cashier. Bethany holds a Bachelor's degree in Broadcast Journalism from Bluffton University and an education background from HACC and Garden Spot Senior High School.
