Mary Dorman, NBC HWC, is an innovative leader with over 20 years of experience in healthcare, currently serving as Manager of Community Impact at Penn Medicine Lancaster General Health since October 2023. Previously, Mary held the position of Project Manager for Contact Tracing at the same institution from June 2020 to November 2021 and was an Adjunct Faculty member at Temple University from August 2016 to May 2020. From 2008 to 2018, Mary managed Community Health and Wellness initiatives, overseeing four school-based health centers that provide more than 2,300 visits annually. Early career roles included Health Educator at Lancaster General Health, coordinating key health programs. Mary holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Communication from Central Pennsylvania College and additional education from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey.
