Justin Hyde has extensive experience in IT support and administration, currently serving as a VDI Admin at Penn Medicine since November 2018 and as an SCCM Engineer at Lancaster General Health since November 2015. Prior roles include SCCM Administrator and Workstation Specialist at PennDOT, where Justin supported the Windows 7 deployment across Pennsylvania. Earlier experience includes Level 3 HelpDesk Manager at Acclaim Systems, where management of a team focusing on SCCM 2007 was key, and various troubleshooting roles at Brooksource and TEKsystems, assisting over 11,000 users in total. Justin started the career with foundational positions in computer hardware and assistance at educational institutions. Justin holds an Associate of Science in Computer Systems Specialist from YTI Career Institute.
