Crystal Mills has extensive experience in development and communications within various organizations, currently serving as the Director of Development for the LG Health Foundation at Lancaster General Health/Penn Medicine since July 2016. Previously, Crystal served as Vice President of Advancement and Communications at Lancaster Theological Seminary, where fundraising and marketing goals were exceeded for three consecutive years. Additional roles include President of the Board at YWCA Lancaster, Community Relations Manager at Susquehanna Bancshares, Development & Communications Manager at Hospice of Lancaster County, and multiple positions in public relations and marketing across several institutions. Crystal holds a Master of Fine Arts in Fiction from Drexel University and a Bachelor’s degree in Communications and English from Elizabethtown College.
