Caroline Moore is an experienced healthcare professional with a strong background in strategic business development and planning. Currently serving as the Director of Strategic Business Development at Penn Medicine Lancaster General Health since March 2020, Caroline previously held the role of Director of Strategic Planning at Cayuga Medical Center at Ithaca from October 2016 to March 2020. Earlier in the career at Guthrie, positions included System Manager of Radiation Oncology and Administrative Fellow from July 2014 to October 2016.
