Carlos has also held positions such as Executive Director at ARS of Lancaster, LP and ARS of Pennsylvania, as well as Program Manager at Brandywine Counseling and Community Services Inc. With a Master's degree in Social Work and certification in Substance Abuse/Addiction Counseling, Carlos is dedicated to ensuring regulatory compliance and providing comprehensive care to patients.
