Nathan Kmieciak is an experienced educator and administrator, currently serving as the Assistant Principal at Lancaster High School in the Lancaster County School District since July 2016. Nathan’s extensive teaching background includes roles as a history teacher at various high schools, where a strong emphasis was placed on differentiated instruction to meet diverse student needs across multiple subjects, including US History and Civics. Nathan also has a solid record of coaching, particularly in football, and has contributed to the development of athletic programs and strength training initiatives. Academically, Nathan holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from Lehigh University, a Master of Arts in Educational Leadership from Gardner-Webb University, and a Post Baccalaureate Teacher Certification with coursework towards a Master of Education in Instructional Systems Design.
