Tom M. Randa has extensive experience in leadership and community service roles, currently serving as the Executive Director of Good Neighbor Community Center since 2007, overseeing the organization's administration, programs, fundraising, marketing, and community outreach. Tom's prior roles include Program Director and I.T. Technician, ensuring program effectiveness and technical support. Tom is actively involved in multiple organizations, including serving as Chair and Vice Chair for Cultural Centers of Lincoln and as a member of the Lancaster County-City of Lincoln Justice Council. Additionally, Tom contributes to the Board of Health for the Lincoln-Lancaster County Health Department and is a member of the Multicultural Advisory Committee at Lincoln Public Schools. Educationally, Tom holds degrees in Computer and Information Systems and Business Administration from Union Adventist University.
