Alex Phong Le is an experienced professional with a background in both e-commerce and restaurant management. Currently serving as an E-commerce Coordinator at Lancaster since June 2021, Alex is responsible for coordinating online sales operations. Prior experience includes over a decade as a Restaurant Manager at Fu of Kyoto of Taylors, where responsibilities included creating daily schedules, generating monthly sales reports, and overseeing sanitation and safety protocols to ensure a secure environment for both guests and staff. Alex holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Management & System with a Business Administration concentration from the University of South Carolina Upstate, obtained between 2016 and 2020.
