Aysha Fathima possesses extensive experience in human resources management, currently serving as Human Resources Manager at Dubai Petroleum since May 2015 and as HR Manager at Lamprell since August 2010. Prior to these roles, Aysha held the position of Assistant Manager Human Resources at Emirates from June 2013 to September 2015. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Business Administration obtained from the University of Wollongong in Dubai and studies at the American University of Sharjah, along with foundational education from GEMS Education.
