Elizabeth Esbenshade-Fluck currently serves as a PreK Coach for the School District of Lancaster since October 2023. With extensive experience in education, Elizabeth has worked as a first-grade teacher in the Lampeter-Strasburg School District since August 2005 and previously in Cecil County Public Schools from August 2002 to June 2005. Elizabeth has developed and implemented innovative lesson plans, effectively applying differentiated instruction strategies across various subjects to accommodate diverse student needs. Elizabeth began their career as a special education teacher in Cecil County Public Schools from August 1997 to June 2002, focusing on specialized instruction and collaboration with school staff. Elizabeth holds a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary and Special Education from Elon University and a Master of Education in Special Education Technology from the University of Delaware.
