Isabelle Lavoie has a diverse work experience in various roles within the fashion industry. Isabelle started their career as a dressmaker at La maison Simons from December 2004 to June 2006. Isabelle then worked as a production manager at Twin Heart Clothing from June 2006 to April 2012, and later transitioned to the role of trim buyer and production assistant until February 2010. From April 2012 to January 2014, Isabelle worked in quality assurance at Laura Canada. Following that, they joined Lamour in January 2014 as a quality import coordinator until March 2017 when they were promoted to program manager team leader. In September 2018, they became the fit and quality director at Lamour. Currently, Isabelle holds the position of sourcing project director at Lamour since May 2023.
Isabelle Lavoie completed their education in two institutions. From 1999 to 2002, they attended Campus Notre-Dame-de-Foy CNDF, where they pursued a degree in Fashion Design. This period of study does not specify a field of study. Following this, from 2002 to 2005, Isabelle enrolled at UQAM | Université du Québec à Montréal, where they obtained a Baccalauréat degree in Industrial Clothing Management. Isabelle'sfield of study during this time was focused on industrial clothing management within the fashion industry.
