Tara M. Ferguson, NCSO, currently serves as the QA/H&S Manager at Lamons Manufacturing & Service Co. since September 2019. Prior to this role, Tara held positions as QA Manager, HSE Advisor, and Commissioner for Oaths at Warwick Structures Group Ltd. from June 2013 to September 2019, where responsibilities included planning and implementing quality controls and managing the quality management system. Earlier experience includes roles as Project Coordinator at Spruce Meadows LTD. and ATCO Structures & Logistics between 2006 and 2012. Educational qualifications include a Certified Lead Auditor in Quality Control and Safety Technologies from BSI Training Academy, a QA Management Certificate from George Brown College, and an NCSO designation from the Alberta Construction Safety Association, among others.
