Steven Terzian is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in research, product development, and strategic management within the building materials industry. Currently serving as the Head of Research and Product Development/Innovation at Laminex Australia since May 2021, Steven previously held the role of Director at JST Process Solutions Pty Ltd for a brief period in early 2021. From September 2016 to November 2020, Steven was the General Manager at James Hardie Systems, overseeing the manufacture and supply of the Ritek permanent formwork system. Steven's earlier roles at James Hardie Building Products included Director of R&PD for the Asia Pacific region, Global Technical Manager, and Technical Manager for Platform Development, reflecting a strong background in technical risk management, product development, and process optimization. Steven Terzian holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from the University of Sydney.
