Julie White is an experienced leader in digital data insights and customer experience, currently serving as the Head of Digital Data Insights + CX Hub at Laminex Australia since January 2020. With a strong background in customer experience strategy and digital insights management, Julie has successfully led teams and managed major project rollouts, including the implementation of tools like Esker, Amazon Connect, and Salesforce Omni. Prior to Laminex, Julie held various roles at Foxtel, where responsibilities ranged from demand and supply planning to leading transformation initiatives that significantly enhanced customer experiences and achieved substantial cost savings. Julie's career also includes roles at MYER and Skansen KCG Pty Ltd, complemented by advanced degrees in Business Administration from AGSM @ UNSW Business School and HEC Paris, as well as a Bachelor of Design from the University of Technology, Sydney.
