Isha Kaur is an experienced professional with a strong background in digital experience design and customer experience management. Currently serving as Digital Experience Design Manager at Laminex Australia since April 2021, Isha has also held roles such as CX Manager and Technical Content Manager within the company. Previous experience includes positions at the University of Melbourne, where Isha worked from October 2008 to April 2021 as Enrichment Services Coordinator, Student Experience Coordinator for Melbourne Business School, and Student Services Officer. Isha began the career at RMIT University in 2008 as a Transition Officer in the Student Services Group. Isha holds a Master of Enterprise from Melbourne Business School and a Bachelor of Communication in Advertising (Creative) from RMIT University, along with foundational studies in Art and Design from RMIT University.
