Warran Boyd, CPA, currently serves as Vice President of Finance at Laminacorr Industries since March 2024. Prior to this role, Warran held the position of Director of Finance at The Green Beaver Company from September 2020 to April 2024 and served as Corporate Controller for Joseph Ribkoff Inc., overseeing international operations in Europe, Australasia, and Mexico from January 2020 to October 2020. With extensive experience in corporate accounting, Warran was the Director of Corporate Accounting and Controller at DART Aerospace from April 2011 to August 2019, and also held roles as Assistant Controller at Alexandria Moulding and Cost Accountant at Tulmar Safety Systems. In the early career, Warran was a Mathematics and Economics teacher at Sir Wilfrid Laurier School Board and worked as an office clerk at IKO Industries. Education includes a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from Concordia University and CPA, CMA designation through the CMA Strategic Leadership Program.
