Jason Rains is an experienced professional with a strong background in management and operations across various industries. Currently serving as a Repair Plan Manager at LaMettry's Collision®, Glass and More since May 2022, Jason also holds a supervisory role at Mystic Lake Casino Hotel, managing a staff of over 100 employees and overseeing transportation logistics and team training. Previous roles include Project Manager at LAZ Parking, where Jason coordinated multi-site operations, and Total Loss Processor at Allstate, providing comprehensive claims service. With early experience in security and sales, Jason has built a diverse skill set complemented by education in law enforcement from Normandale Community College and Hennepin Technical College.
