Shashank K Naik is an experienced IT Service Desk Technician currently employed at Lambton College since May 2021, where responsibilities include providing front-line technical support for a range of IT-related equipment and resolving user issues through various communication channels. In addition, Shashank serves as the Co-Head Coach for Badminton, focusing on program planning and athlete recruitment for the OCAA competition. Prior experience includes roles as a Service Desk Support Technician and a Java Developer intern at Infidata Technologies. Shashank holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Cyber Infrastructure Specialist from Lambton College and a Bachelor in Computer Applications from Bangalore University.
