Dexter Williams is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in workforce development and recruitment. Currently serving as the Manager of Talent Acquisition at Lambert Cable Splicing since October 2018, Dexter has also been a Board Member of the Kerr Tar Workforce Development Board since 2007, contributing to the development of a quality workforce in North Carolina's six-county region. Prior to these roles, Dexter held various positions at CenturyLink, including Senior Recruiter and Recruiter II, where responsibilities included identifying and recruiting top talent across multiple business units. Previous experience also includes a Senior Recruiter role at Sprint and a Quality Consultant role at Embarq/Sprint. Dexter began a career in sales at Carolina Telephone United Telephone System, achieving top sales distinctions. Dexter holds a degree from North Carolina Central University, graduated in 1979.
