Matthias Wurst has extensive experience in the food manufacturing industry, currently serving as Manufacturing Manager at Lamb Weston Meijer since January 2014, where previous roles included Production Manager and Production Leader for French Fries. Prior to this, Matthias worked at Frisch & Frost from August 1998 to December 2013, advancing from Packaging Operator to Production Manager for French Fries. Educational qualifications include a degree in Leadership from FranklinCovey and Hult Ashridge, as well as certifications from Quality Austria and AIB International. Matthias also completed vocational training in agricultural and forestry disciplines at LFS Hollabrunn and LBS Edelhof, and is certified as a fire protection officer by Ges. f. Management und Technik.
