Itay Maoz has extensive experience in engineering and technology leadership, currently serving as VP of R&D at Lama AI since May 2022, where responsibilities include unlocking business lending solutions. Previously, Itay held multiple roles at Fabric, culminating in the position of Software Group Lead from July 2020 to May 2022. At Soluto, from May 2015 to July 2020, Itay served as Director of Engineering, overseeing several teams to develop tech support platforms and manage complex backend systems. Earlier experience includes roles as Tech Lead and Senior Software Developer at Soluto, and as Software Team Leader and Software Engineer in the Israeli Air Force from November 2009 to April 2015.
