Perry Wong has over 30 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Perry most recently served as the Group Head of Logistics and Contract Manufacturing at Lam Soon (Hong Kong) Group from October 2018 to June 2022. Prior to that, they held positions as the Director of Supply Chain at Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals Hong Kong Limited from 2013 to 2016. Perry also worked at Huntsman Advanced Materials as the Director of Supply Chain Asia Pacific from 2007 to 2012. Perry has experience in logistics, supply chain management, manufacturing, and customer operations.

Perry Wong has had a diverse education history. In 1988, they completed their Higher Diploma in Production & Industrial Engineering from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. Perry then pursued a Master of Science in Manufacturing Management from Coventry University, finishing in 1989. Later, they attended Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management & HKUST Business School for an Executive Master of Business Administration, which they completed in 2002.

In addition to their formal education, Perry has obtained several certifications throughout their career. In 1997, they became certified in both Integrated Resources Management (CIRM) and Production & Inventory Management (CPIM) by APICS. Perry also earned the Professional Logistician (P.Log.) designation from The Logistics Institute in the same year. Perry further enhanced their skill set by becoming a Certified ISO9001:2000 Quality System Auditor in 2001 through IRCA. The final certifications on record for Perry are Certified Change Agent from Changefirst in 2004 and Certified Master DMAIC from The Change Works in 2005.
