Sharmila Shanmugam is currently serving as the Vice President of Membership at Toastmasters International for the Lam Research India Toastmasters Club. Prior to this role, Sharmila worked as a Design Engineer at Rapid Global Business Solution from August 2017 to September 2020. Currently, Sharmila holds the position of Senior Mechanical Engineer at Lam Research.
