Mary Beth Towne is an experienced leader in total rewards and executive compensation, currently serving as Vice President of Total Rewards at Lam Research since March 2015. In this role, Mary Beth oversees the global design and administration of compensation, benefits, and performance management programs. Previous positions include Senior Director of Market Analytics, Executive & Equity Compensation at Lam Research, where responsibilities involved managing the global stock program and developing materials for the Board Compensation Committee. Prior to Lam Research, Mary Beth held key roles at Cisco as Executive Compensation Leader, overseeing programs for high-level executives, and at Applied Materials as Director of Executive & Equity Compensation, focusing on global executive compensation program design. Mary Beth holds an MBA in Human Resources from Golden Gate University and a degree in Business Administration, Human Resources from San Jose State University.
