Carol Wei-Deville has extensive experience in retail and broadcasting. Currently serving as Directrice de Boutique at Lalique since February 2017, Carol previously held the position of Résponsable d'émission, rédactrice et Animatrice radiophonique at Radio Guangdong from February 2000 to May 2011, where management of a 3-person team led to a radio program that won the "TOP 60 des émissions radiophoniques ayant le plus d'impact en Chine" award in 2010. Carol's academic background includes a Double Bachelor's degree in Économie et Administration Financière and Droit Économique from the University d'Économie et Finance du Jiangxi, completed in 2000.
