Nigel Boyle has extensive work experience in various managerial roles within the manufacturing industry. Nigel most recently served as the Chief Operating Officer at Laleham Health and Beauty starting in 2016. Prior to this, they worked as the Factory General Manager at Wm Morrisons Manufacturing from 2011 to 2016, and also held the same position at Morrisons from 2010 to 2011.

Before joining Morrisons, Nigel Boyle worked as the Operations Director at Victoria Foods from 2008 to 2010. In this role, they were responsible for the Factory and Supply Chain functions of the business, overseeing a complex operation with multiple production lines and a wide range of products.

Nigel also held the position of Factory Manager at Premier Foods/RHM from 2007 to 2008, where they were responsible for overall factory performance and successfully managed a factory closure program. As the Operations Director at EC DeWitt and Co Ltd from 2003 to 2007, Nigel Boyle played a key role in developing and implementing an improvement strategy for the company's factory, supply chain, and purchasing functions.

Earlier in their career, Nigel Boyle gained experience as a Supply Chain Manager at Nestle/Premier Foods from 2000 to 2003, overseeing planning, scheduling, and warehousing functions. Nigel also worked as a Site Manager at the same company from 1996 to 2000, where they managed a factory operation producing vinegar products.

Nigel Boyle started their career as a Production Manager at Rowntrees - Leicester Factory in 1994, and prior to that, they underwent Production Manager training at Nestle Rowntree - York from 1990 to 1994.

Nigel Boyle began their education journey in 1987 at the University of York, where they pursued a Bachelor's Degree (Hons) in Biochemistry. Nigel successfully completed this program in 1990. After a gap of several years, in 2013, Nigel decided to further enhance their knowledge and enrolled at the University of Bradford. Here, they obtained a Post Grad Certificate in Business Administration and Management, General in 2014.
