Jon Ridgway is a seasoned quality engineering professional with extensive experience in various roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as a Quality Engineer at Airlite Plastics Co since October 2007, Jon has developed product specifications and quality plans while adeptly resolving internal issues and customer complaints. As a Lead Auditor for SQA Services, Inc. since 2009, Jon demonstrates expertise in quality assurance. Previously, Jon held the position of Quality Manager/OPEX Blackbelt at Berry Plastics, where process control activities were enhanced, and new product transitions were successfully managed. At First Data Corporation, Jon served as both Quality Manager/Six Sigma Blackbelt and Quality Engineer, achieving notable accomplishments in integrating quality functions. Jon's earlier experience includes quality management roles at Skyjack Equipment and Railcar Specialties, where significant quality management systems were developed and maintained. Jon Ridgway holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science and Government from the University of Nebraska at Omaha.
