Syful Islam is an experienced professional in the field of genetics and plant breeding, currently serving as Assistant Manager and Assistant Plant Breeder (EO) at Lal Teer Seed Limited since January 2019. Prior to this role, Syful operated as a self-employed Mathematics Tutor from May 2017 to June 2018 and contributed to research at the Bangladesh Institute of Nuclear Agriculture from July 2016 to June 2018 while completing a master's thesis focused on stress breeding. Syful possesses extensive skills in hybridization, DNA extraction, PCR, gel documentation, band identification, data analysis, and report writing. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Genetics and Plant Breeding with a focus on Molecular Genetics from Bangladesh Agricultural University (2017-2018) and a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture (Hons.) from the same institution (2012-2016).
