Richa Walia has over a decade of professional experience in customer experience management, currently serving as the Customer Experience Manager at Lakme Lever since October 2010. Prior to this role, Richa worked as a Senior Field Executive at Majestic MRSS from August 2009 to September 2010 and as a Team Leader at Abacus Market Analytics (a division of IMRB International) from November 2007 to March 2009. Richa holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business/Commerce from Guru Jambheshwar University, earned between 2007 and 2010, and completed secondary education at St. Mary's School in New Delhi, India.
