Chad Nienhuis is an experienced construction professional currently serving as the Vice President of Operations and Director of Preconstruction at Lakewood Construction, a company established in 1971 and known for its trust and integrity. Prior to this role, Chad held the position of Regional Director - West Michigan at Granger Construction from June 2016 to January 2018. Chad began a significant tenure at Spence Brothers in January 2001, where responsibilities included Vice President, Director, and Project Manager until June 2016. Chad holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from Eastern Michigan University.
