Makayla Brown is an experienced educator and customer service professional currently serving as a 3rd Grade Teacher at Lakeview Community Schools since August 2021. Additionally, Makayla holds a position as a Customer Service Representative for the State of Michigan, where responsibilities include troubleshooting, data recording, and exceeding company call metric goals. Prior experience includes various roles at Menards, where responsibilities ranged from training a team as a 2nd Assistant Front End Manager to supervising as a Merchandise Team Lead. Makayla also has experience in human resources, retail, and marketing, having completed a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Grand Canyon University.
