Kerry Jonke currently serves as the Manager of Customer Experience at Laketran, beginning in January 2024. Prior to this role, Kerry worked at Lakeland Community College from May 2022 to January 2024 as the Assistant Director of Marketing & Communications, where responsibilities included media relations, content development for publications and newsletters, social media management, and oversight of a marketing team. Kerry's career also includes positions as Communications Specialist at Laketran from 2015 to 2022, Marketing & Events Manager at Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Cleveland, and various internship roles at notable organizations including Cleveland Clinic and Ernst & Young. Kerry holds a Master's degree in Nonprofit Administration and a Bachelor's degree in Communication from John Carroll University.
